Abstract

Social factors influence attitude towards participation. This paper examines the influence of social factor especially citizen perception about participatory planning on attitudes toward participation in the preparation of buildings and environments planning (RTBL) Tambaklorok. Citizens perception about planning is shaped by attention, learning, memory and expectation. This perception shapes individual’s attitude that includes receiving, responding, valuing, and responsibility. The study shows that citizens have lack of attention to planning information and responsibilities. But generally they have positive thought. There is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables, namely the perceptions and attitudes. Better perception of planning, leads to the better attitude towards the implementation of the plan. In addition, there is a difference between two groups with different levels of education. Based on this, good attitudes are shaped by enhancing public mindset, so improving community awareness and understandings are needed through the information sharing and education improvement with effective methods.

Abstract

Ungaran Barat sub-district formed in 2005 the construction of Sub Ungaran Barat quite rapidly because it is crossed by the arterial road which connects Semarang-Solo-Yogyakarta makes development and regional development along the arterial road and a pretty rapid progression one development of housing. The development of housing in Ungaran Barat as the impact from the Semarang city developments away from the city centre and to the Administration that is out of bounds to Ungaran Barat. Ungaran Barat Sub-district currently is the target of the urban development especially in the field of housing currently ranging from simple residential, medium as well as the elite housing. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect housing residents to buy housing and inhabit in Ungaran Barat. The research method used is the quantitative quantitative methods, descriptive and factor analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, there are twelve factors that affect residents assessed in the selection of the location of residential housing that is quieteness, pollution-free, the view, the condition of clean water, electricity, security conditions, the status of ownership, type of housing units, home design, method of payment, income, house prices. Factor availability facilities and accessibility of housing within the means of votes not too affect residents since most residents can reach the outside of the housing with the use of private vehicles. Based on the analysis of the factors obtained six factors that affect residents in deciding to buy and inhabit the housing is a factor of social economy, then tersediaan means, the characteristics of the home and the environment, accessibility, comfort factors and factors of the condition of the infrastructure.

Abstract

Pati Regency is a city where almost every year, hit by the floods. Pati regency, whose land is mostly lowland regions have sunken to the flat topography is particularly vulnerable site affected by the flooding. Therefore, research by identifying the level of flood risk in Pati regency. In this study conducted with a quantitative approach, using the scoring method, overlay, weighting and descriptive analysis. Regional analysis of vulnerability to floods, flood vulnerability analysis region is determined by three variables: physical vulnerability, the vulnerability of social, economic vulnerability, the vulnerability of the environment.According to the results of processing and classification of risk maps using GIS (Geographic Information System) that in Pati District there are 181 village or sub-district 21 that indicated an impact of flooding. If you look at the results of the total area of the village affected by flooding risk in Pati District has a total area of 47.038 hectares with flooding risk classification level high up to very high.If seen in the results table which classified the risk that there are villages and districts that have to be followed-up for flood mitigation response efforts, villages and districts are District of Kayen, Kayen village with an area of very high risk classification and with an area of 1.221. 2million polygon risk 506 ha, Tegalombo Village, Dukuhseti Subdistrict with area high flood risk level classification 660.050 and with an area of polygons that affect the risk area of 1.012 ha.In the flood disaster risk assessment efforts in Pati District serves as the basis for developing a policy in this flood disaster management. This created a policy that would later become the basis for flood disaster management plans. In order government risk assessments that have been made are as a base, in making an action to be performed in the field in collaboration with stakeholders or the communities in disaster risk reduction.

Abstract

this research to identify which areas in the Dieng Region that has occur diminsihing return. There are three step to get the result, 1. Analyzing diminishing return; 2. Analyzing efficiency of potatoes farming;  3. Zoning of diminishing return area. This research uses a quantitative menthod, through cobb-douglas function, economy efficiency analysis and GIS. Collecting data this study used a questionnaire with the research subjects were farmers and research object is input or production factor potato farming. The results of this study found that many villages has occur diminishing return caused by the use of these inputs. In the analysis of diminishing return is known that the marginal product of input is smaller than the average product and its production elasticity negative. The villages are experiencing diminishing return due to input land area is the village of Tieng, Sembungan, Dieng, Patakbanteng, Sikunang, and Campursari. The employment affects all villages in Region Dieng in the diminishng return. While it's only village Patakbanteng and Parikesit affected by seed input. Fertilizer inputs affects all the villages in the occurrence of diminishing return. Meanwhile, the use of pesticides also affect all villages, except Sikunang village.

Abstract

Trends and travel has experienced a shift from the conventional nature of particular interest one rural tourism. Rural tourism pattern forming an emotional connection between the tourists with the place and the people who visit. Rural tourism offers activities that were able to spend leisure travelers with the activities of natural and condensed with the culture of the people. One form of rural tourism development, namely the Tourism Village. Candirejo Tourism Village is one of the tourist village located in the district of Magelang located around the Borobudur Temple. Tourist village offers a natural tourist attraction with packaging Javanese cultural nuances are very typical. The daily activities of the villagers, planting paddy fields, cooking in the kitchen, became gamelan and traditional arts as a dancer trian will provide a special experience for every tourist who comes. The existence of the Tourism Village Candirejo certainly an impact on the physical and non-physical. The physical aspects such as land use change and non-physical aspects such as economy and culture in the community. This study aims to determine the effect of the Tourism Village Candirejo land use, economic and cultural preservation.

Abstract

Agropolitan area is the area with adequate agricultural service for farmers start from pre production to post harvest marketing.The role of small town as a link between big cities as center consumption and villages as center of production are necessary for developing Agropolitan area. Based on these things, analysis the role of small town in Agropolitan area are required. Ngablak, Dukun-Sawangan, Tegalrejo, Grabag, Pakis, and Candimulyo are Small town in Agropolitan area Merapi Merbabu. variables used in this research is commodities area by virtue of conformity land, the city,  entanglement small town with local hiterlandny and role of small town as center for trade and service. Method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative descriptive method. Rural urban linkages showed the high interaction in form of linkages economic namely entanglement the shopping flow of farm inputs and capitalization pre agricultural production and marketing of commodities. rural urban linkages also occuring in form of entanglement transportation and relatedness of agricultural technology. Small town in Agropolitan area has a role as a center trade for foods, horticulture vegetables, and horticulture fruits and flowers. Small town in Agropolitan area Merapi Merbabu also has a role as central services for finance, education, and transportation that support the agricultural activity.
